Q. I never wear makeup. If I apply concealer, do I need foundation as well?

"It hides darkness or redness under the eyes and around the nose and won't get crêpey," says Coleman, who daubs on the tiniest amount with a synthetic brush. "I also smooth a little over the eyelids and set it with powder to keep eye shadow from creasing."
