Q. Got a surefire way to knock out an untimely pimple?
A. Visine, the eye treatment, is a super zit-zapper too, reports Mally Roncal. She saturates a cotton swab with original Visine eyedrops ($7; at drugstores) and freezes it. Roncal then places the swab directly on the blemish until the solution defrosts. "The coldness reduces the bump; the Visine reduces the redness," she says.
