1. Put a sticker in your planner whenever you finish a workout. Jenkins says she did this for Queen Laifah “to keep her on track. If she skipped a session, she wouldn’t get a sticker!”
2. Invite a bridesmaid to work out with you; you’ll get extra bonding time as you shape up. Compare your current stats with those from the first time you measured yourself.
3. Exercise first thing in the morning if you can. That way you won’t have to miss a workout session if you get stuck at the office or in a meeting with your florist, caterer ot dressmaker.
4. Update your MP3 player with a few new downloads. And imagine your wedding guests saying, “Gorgeous!”
