In 2007, Beyonce and Gwenyth Paltrow helped Jay celebrate his concert at London's Royal Albert Hall. Inspired by a trip to Africa he took with Beyonce in 2006, the rap mogul—who is currently in negotiations with Live Nation to seal the deal on a $150 million music contract—used his Global Express tour to help spread the word about the global water crisis.
