High School Musical’s KayCee Stroh and her boyfriend Ben Higginson are officially engaged, according to People.com. "He was waiting for me with a single red rose. Then he took me up to the H Rock, a place at the top of a little mountain that overlooks Salt Lake City, and we watched the sunrise. Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him," explains the actress. Higginson owns a production company in Salt Lake City and the bride-to-be is currently shooting the third installment of High School Musical. The couple is planning a wedding for late 2008.
