A bob walks the line between elegant (polished strands) and wild (textured ends)--but you don't need short hair to get this style.
How To Get the Look: First, Irion set the hair with a 1-inch curling iron, leaving the roots flat. He then separated the hair at the crown and temples and clipped it out of the way. Then he back-combed the roots at the nape of the neck to create a base. Irions rolled the remaining hair underneath itself, pinning it to the base. Next, he unclipped the top section of hair, letting it fall freely. To add texture, he rubbed a dime-size amount of pomade into the ends.
