It might not be common, but for fashion-forward brides, blue eye makeup is as welcome as blue skies on the big day. "I've actually done this for a few weddings, and it is very pretty," says Sheriff. "The look is for the type of woman who's into the trends, into the now, into the moment; she'll be wearing a gown by Commes des Garçons or John Galliano and appear like she's coming off of a runway." With such a strong eye, any other color on the face would be overkill. "Do a neutral face and lip for a more sophisticated effect," she says.
