Along with her bouquet, Farr carried a bird's nest that held the couple's wedding bands. During the ceremony the nest circulated from guest to guest to symbolize their belief in the union. "Our officiant said that you invite a group of people to watch you wed because they are the ones you go to for support and advice," says Farr. "We passed around the nest with the idea that our marriage is in the hands of our friends and family as much as it is in ours."
