Rumors of an engagement between the Fall Out Boy bassist and the pop sensation have circulated before, but the happy couple personally confirmed the good news this time. "We know there has been a lot of speculation recently about Pete and I," Ashlee wrote on Wentz's FriendsorEnemies.com. "Yes, we are thrilled to share that we are happily engaged."
